1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the website, submitting information, requesting a quote, or purchasing or using a service, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that company.
2. Service scope
The exact service scope, price, timing, required information, and deliverables may be described in a quote, service agreement, invoice, onboarding form, or written communication. Best Truck Dispatch may provide dispatch assistance, administrative coordination, registration guidance, permit support, carrier setup, and document-management services. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, insurance agency, government agency, or substitute for qualified professional advice.
3. Carrier responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate company, authority, driver, equipment, insurance, route, tax, safety, and compliance information. The motor carrier retains control over its trucks, drivers, schedules, routes, safety decisions, regulatory compliance, and final acceptance of every load. You must review documents and promptly report errors or changes.
4. No forced dispatch or guaranteed results
You may approve or reject proposed loads. Freight availability, rates, revenue, authority activation, permit approval, processing time, and third-party decisions cannot be guaranteed. Market conditions, brokers, shippers, agencies, insurers, and other third parties remain outside our control.
5. Fees and third-party charges
You agree to pay disclosed service fees according to the applicable quote, invoice, or agreement. Government filing fees, permit charges, insurance premiums, processing costs, and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly stated. Late, failed, reversed, or disputed payments may delay or suspend work.
6. Submitted information and documents
You confirm that you are authorized to provide every document and data item you submit. Do not submit altered, fraudulent, unlawful, malicious, or third-party confidential material without permission. We may reject unsafe files, request verification, or stop work when information appears incomplete or inconsistent.
7. Acceptable website use
You may not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, upload malware, impersonate another person or carrier, misuse forms, or use the website for unlawful or deceptive activity.
8. Intellectual property
The website design, written content, brand assets, graphics, software, and original materials are owned by or licensed to LoadaiX and may not be copied, republished, sold, or modified without written permission, except for ordinary personal business use of service documents supplied to you.
9. Service suspension and termination
We may pause or terminate access or services for nonpayment, abusive conduct, suspected fraud, unsafe or unlawful requests, material misrepresentation, security risk, or violation of these terms. Obligations accrued before termination remain enforceable.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
Services and website content are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular business result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoadaiX and Best Truck Dispatch are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, lost profits, lost freight opportunities, third-party actions, or decisions made from incomplete or inaccurate information.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when services, legal requirements, or operating practices change. The effective date shown on this page identifies the latest version. Questions may be sent to Besttruckdispatch@gmail.com.
